Antoxidant Juice
A great way to start your morning or to hold you over while cooking dinner, this juice is loaded with fiber and nutrients.

Blender Directions
  1. Dice vegetables into small pieces.
  2. Add apple juice and cucumber into blender. Pulse until cucumber is broken up and then blend until liquified.
  3. One at a time, add beets, carrots, kale and spinach, pulsing until broken up and then blended until liquified and combined.
  4. If a smoother juice is preferred, pour juice through a fine sieve or simply allow the juice to settle before drinking.
  5. If needed or desired, once vegetables are juiced, add apple juice to taste.
  6. Serve immediately.
Juicer Directions
  1. Cut vegetables into the size needed to fit into juicer.
