Cranberry Salad with Blue Cheese
  1. Arrange spring mix in a large shallow bowl.
  2. Slice pears in half and then make thin slices out of the halves.
  3. Arrange pears in the bowl.
  4. Mix cranberries, apples, pecans and bacon (if using) in a separate bowl and then sprinkle in the middle of the bowl.
  5. If desired, top with crumbled blue cheese.
