No Bake Cheesecake Parfait
4 hours or overnight
In a bowl, whip the room temperature cream cheese with a hand mixer, until smooth and creamy.
Gently fold in the non dairy whipped topping into the whipped cream cheese.
Measure out 2/3 cup of the cream cheese mixture into another bowl.
Fold 3 tablespoons of softened fudge topping into the 2/3 cup of cream cheese mixture.
Measure 1/3 cup of plain cheesecake mixture into the bottom of serving glass. Top with 1 tablespoon of softened fudge topping, then 1 tablespoon of toffee bits.
Next layer on 1/3 up of chocolate cheesecake mixture, then by 1 tablespoon of softened fudge topping, followed by 1 tablespoon of toffee bits.
Then layer 1/3 cup of plain cheesecake mixture and top with 1 tablespoon of softened fudge topping and finish with 1 tablespoon of toffee bits.
Cover securely with plastic wrap and refrigerate for several hours or overnight to allow cheesecake to set.
Before serving, if desired, top with additional non dairy whipped topping and toffee bits.
