Hallowe’en is right around the corner. Please don’t forget those trick or treaters who have food allergies. Place a teal pumpkin in your window or on your doorstep to let them know that you have treats that are allergy friendly.
We packed up small goodie bags after a quick trip to the dollar store with Hallowe’en bubbles, pirate eye patches and glow-in-the-dark bracelets. It was a fun and easy way to show our children how to help others celebrate. We packaged the non-food treats up so that any that we do not hand this year out can be safely packed away to use next year.
