I love fresh cranberry sauce. It is super easy to make and it is a must have at the table on Thanksgiving. You can serve this cold, so no worrying about taking up more stove-top space during crunch time. Throw this recipe together the day before and refrigerate until serving.

Ingredients
- 3 cups cranberries fresh
- 1 cup orange juice fresh squeezed
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp orange zest
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a saucepan and stir well. Heat until the cranberries pop, about 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Chill before serving
