These Breakfast Berry Parfaits are beautiful treats with layers of lady fingers, berries and cream. They are also simple enough for children to make. Not only do our little ones like to eat sweets, but they love to be helpers. I always have help with making trifles, so they had no problem making these with just a little help from me.
Selfishly, I may have been thinking of myself. My children have surprised me with all kinds of dishes for my birthday and Mother’s Day. Of course, I loved every dish and the creativity, but I have enjoyed some interesting flavor choices.
Sweet and tangy, these parfaits are great for Mother’s Day breakfast in bed, but are also the perfect dessert for brunches or celebrations.
