I really enjoy having fish for dinner, but it hasn’t always been my favorite dish to cook. Then I discovered Fish en Papillote or simply put, fish in parchment paper.
Cooking fish “en paillote” is very simple and a perfect first step for anyone hesitant to cook fish in their home. Baking fish in parchment paper produces a lovely, moist and delicious fish. Cooking the fish in paper makes clean up a breeze.
Gremolata is a perfect condiment for white fish. Made from lemon zest, garlic and parsley, it is delicious with fish, but is also excellent on chicken, roasted vegetables, and pasta. The next time you make meatballs, try adding some gremolata to the mix for a twist on a classic meatball. It also makes a delicious salad dressing when added to olive oil and a little extra lemon juice. It really is a versatile condiment.
Fish en Papillote is a simple and tasty dish that is quick to make for any busy weeknight.
