Tropical Berry Juice

If you are like me, when the temperature outside rises, my appetite disappears. Juices are a great alternative to meals when you really don’t feel like eating a full meal. Filled with fruit, this tropical berry juice is light and refreshing. It is also a great way to get your children to get more fruit into their diet.

This Tropical Berry Juice can also be used in popsicle molds for a tasty frozen treat!

Instructions
  1. Measure out apple juice into blender
  2. Dice fruit into small pieces.
  3. One fruit at a time, add to apple juice and pulse until fruit is broken down.
  4. When all fruit is added, add crushed ice if using fresh fruit and blend until smooth.
  5. Serve immediately.
